Susan Yingling
Susan joined IHS in 2000 as Executive Assistant to the Director and Program Director. With a BS in business communication from Franklin University, Susan provides public relations, marketing, and event coordination for all four NARCCW program components.  She plans and manages colloquies and conferences; develops and disseminates press releases and other public relations materials; manages displays at meetings and conferences; assists in training product development; and edits training curricula and other documents.

In addition, Susan has recently taken on new responsibilities as NARCCW's fiscal assistant.  This involves fiscal tracking on individual projects related to IHS, NARCCW, and the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program contract, and providing primary support to NARCCW's director of fiscal operations.
