Ms. Aska has been Fiscal Director for the Institute for Human Services (IHS) since its inception in 1986. She manages finances for the North American Resource Center for Child Welfare (NARCCW) and its affiliates, and the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program (OCWTP).
Ms. Aska is also the organization’s Graphic Designer and contributes design art for conference literature, annual reports and various marketing materials. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education from The Ohio State University.
