Kathy Kelley

Kathy Kelley joined IHS in March 2004 as the Foster Care Support Specialist and has since transitioned to IHS' techical staff as a computer specialist. Kathy works closely with IHS' Information Systems Manager in the planning and development of data tracking systems for IHS and its contract with the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program.
