Ms. Kelley became a computer specialist for the Institute for Human Services (IHS) in 2004. She assists the Manager of Information Technology in planning and developing data tracking systems for IHS and the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program (OCWTP).
Ms. Kelley’s previous experience includes 20 years of experience in a private foster care/adoption agency providing administrative support for the birthparent counseling, foster care and adoption program.
