Christina L. Carter

Christina Carter joined IHS in 1995 as a computer specialist and currently serves as NARCCW's Manager of Information Technology.

Christina is responsible for overseeing the planning, purchasing, development and management of all technology-related initiatives for NARCCW and its four component programs.
